My favorite books.
58 8.4 01. To Kill A Mockingbird - Harper Lee
I'm so glad I was forced to read this as a highschool freshman.
This is a wonderful book i could read a million times. I almost cried when I realized that the book was almost over.
72 9 02. A Thousand Splendid Suns - Khaled Hosseini
After reading The Kite Runner, i doubted that this one would measure up, but i was definatly mistaken.
This is one of the most beautiful books i've ever read.
92 8.4 03. Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close: A Novel - Jonathan Safran Foer
One of the saddest books I've ever read. Jonathan Safran Foer did an amazing job making the book seem like it was from a kid. I also loved The Sixth Burough story that was in this book
309 8.2 04. The Perks of Being a Wallflower - Stephen Chbosky
I love everything about this book. I like that it is super sad but is so uplifting too. I hope the movie isn't dissapointing.
21 8.1 05. The Glass Castle - Jeannette Walls
I liked that it was true, but never once was it bad writing or boring. She loves her family so much, which i like a lot
8 8.3 06. The Magician's Nephew - C. S. Lewis
I love all the Narnia books, but i thought i would just put one to save veryone some boredom. This is my favorite one because I am a really big fan of back-stories and this is the back-story of narnia.
283 8.1 07. The Kite Runner - Khaled Hosseini
Very sad and inspiring at the same time. This book is so great
148 8 08. The Giver - Lois Lowry
Even though this book is for children mostly, i think it is a great book for anyone to read. It is suprising and sad.
