Awesome list! It brings back a lot of memories...
By the way, did you really have all these toys? I'm so jealous =)

Anyway, what about G.I. Joe? I had many of them as well ;)

Hi! Yes, I had all these. I was a lucky kid, I'm not sure I completely appreciated it at the time though, but looking back (with a wistful sense of nostalgia and a wiser perspective of the world) I certainly do.

Ah, yeah I never collected GI Joe, in fact it was renamed Action Force over here in the UK. It was pretty popular (over here) but not on the same level as the likes of TMNT, He-Man etc . An American friend I grew up with used to collect them and I always thought they were pretty cool but not something I got into myself. Actually I can't remember ever watching the cartoon show (I don't think it was shown on CBBC or CITV the big children's shows over here), so that probably has a lot to do with it.

In fact, I shouldn't complain since I also had a lot of toys when I think about it.
Like you He-Man ('les maitres de l'univers' in France where I grew up), Thundercats, Transformers, Ghostbusters, Ninja Turtles, G.I. Joe, original Game Boy and many others as well.

Since I have a brother and a sister, we had also many board games to play together :
- Monopoly
- Clue
- Battleship
- Trivial Pursuit Junior edition
- Pictionary
- Chinese checkers
- Mastermind
- Pay day
- The Mysteries of Peking
- Labyrinth
- Hero Quest

Oh man I always wanted Hero Quest as a kid, I remember watching the awesome advert on the TV and being blown away lol. I did get Warhammer Quest a few years later (I think when I was thirteen) which was kind of another version of that game on some levels. I was an only child though, so if my friends weren't around I couldn't play board games (boo-hoo poor little me lol).

I used to have this cool magnetic travel set with a bunch of games (Chess, Ludo, Chinese Checkers etc) that I wanted to put on my other list, but sadly I couldn't find that particular version anywhere on the net, so I left it out. There's a couple of other obscure games I had too but I can't remember their names.

yeah, Hero Quest was pretty cool, I think it was the last board game I got. After that, I got more interested in video-games than board games.
Concerning Hero Quest, the whole thing did look awesome, that's for sure, but the game play was actually rather limited and, after a while, the concept got old pretty quickly, I'm afraid.
Still, like you, I loved the coold advert and I had to have the goddamned thing ;)

This list brings back memories, especially 'The Real Ghostbusters' figures. Those and The Turtles figures (and their van) are the toys that I most remember.
