I was also suprized at the number of comments credited to Elton John.
Like what? Like he can't stand her? I'm in a band and can't stand two of my mate's significant others. One's a coattail hanger-on who brings nothing positive to the table and the other's a talentless twat who's using her husband's friends and popularity to try and force people to like her. Sometimes people just don't like each other. It doesn't all add up to conspiracy.
