Some other info:
The 5 most important Oscars are Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actor, Best Actress and Best Screenplay. Only three movies have been awarded with all of these awards: It Happened One Night (1934), One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (1975) and The Silence of the Lambs (1991).

The most successful movie series are The Lord of the Rings (2001-2003, 17 Oscars), Godfather (1972-1990, 9 Oscars) and Star Wars (original trilogy 1977-1983, 7 Oscars).

I doubt it. It will probably win on Best Picture, Best Director and Best Visual Effects, but no way it wins over 6 Oscars.

How about a list of movies with the most amount of nominations but no wins? I think The Color Purple would be near the top of the list.
