Awesome idea, and a good start.
Here are maybe a few that could be contenders:

M. Night Shyamalan - I never remember that damn y!
Jake/Maggie Gyllenhaal - There are two Ls AND two As, what the H?
Mariska Hargitay - I think it's pronounced Muh - rish - ka?? and then not sure on the Har or the Gi or the Tay

A small list (last names):
Emily Deschanel (dey-chanel)
David Boreanaz (bo-re-ah-nas)
David Duchovny (du-kov-nee)

That was the ones I had problems with, until I learned of how to pronounce them. Mainly by watching YouTube vidoes or extra material on DVD's, etc...
