1. Queen of the Damned (2002)
Another vampire movie. But I had to watch it. It wasn't wonderful, it wasn't awful. I'm kind of just indifferent.

People who added this item 95  Average listal rating (67 ratings) 5.2  IMDB Rating 5.4
2. The Zodiac (2005)
I watched Zodiac last month, this movie took a slightly different perspective than the other movie. I couldn't say which one I preferred, they were both good.
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 3470  Average listal rating (2065 ratings) 8.2  IMDB Rating 8.5
3. The Pianist (2002)
Very touching, I love movies about the holocaust. Or maybe "love" isn't the right word. Rather I am intrigued by holocaust movies.
I found that I lost some intrest towards the end, but overall I enjoyed it.
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 597  Average listal rating (378 ratings) 6.1  IMDB Rating 6.4
4. This Means War (2012)
An adorable romantic comedy. :]
This movie had everything I love:

-Men with BEAUTIFUL blues
-Men with a SEXY accent
-Reese Witherspoon
-An unexpected but cute ending
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 89  Average listal rating (59 ratings) 6.1  IMDB Rating 6.2
5. The Lazarus Project (2008)
I am really starting to love Paul Walker (for more than just his eyes).
The first half hour of this movie was very much predictable, but after that it kept you guessing, and I like that.
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 328  Average listal rating (211 ratings) 5.8  IMDB Rating 6.2
6. Trapped (2002)
I watched this movie because it kept popping up on netflix and the description sounded dumb, so I kept ignoring it. I ended up watching it just for a laugh.
It turned out to be really good! I loved it!
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 447  Average listal rating (287 ratings) 5.4  IMDB Rating 5.8
7. Haywire (2011)
This movie had very little dialouge. I'm a multi-tasker so little talking is a problem. But it was pretty good.
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 728  Average listal rating (420 ratings) 4.9  IMDB Rating 5.6
8. Your Highness (2011)
Typical crude jokes and humor. Excessive cursing. Just your typical comedy, really, only set in "old times".
It reminded me of monty python and the holy grail.
Not my favorite, not my least favorite.
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 667  Average listal rating (418 ratings) 5.3  IMDB Rating 5.6
9. Bubble Boy (2001)
I've heard this movie referenced so many times, and I should have watched it way back when, but I didn't. So I decided to today. Not bad. Not amazing. Pretty typical, really.
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 121  Average listal rating (86 ratings) 6.2  IMDB Rating 5.9
10. Bobby Z (2007)
I'm on a Paul Walker kick right now, and so I obviously had to watch this. Then in the opening credits i saw Olivia Wilde's name and was SUPER excited.
The movie wasn't WONDERFUL, but good. And with my two favorites, I had to give it an extra star :]
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 317  Average listal rating (162 ratings) 6.7  IMDB Rating
11. The Air I Breathe (2007)
I'm not usually a huge fan of "puzzle-piece" movies, as I call them. Everybody connected in a weird way and you don't know until the end.
This one wasn't TOO confusing, so I'll give it that. Not bad.
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 250  Average listal rating (151 ratings) 5.9  IMDB Rating 5.7
12. Hatchet (2006)
I'm trying really hard to think of a positive comment for this movie...
but i just can't.
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 3164  Average listal rating (1993 ratings) 6.4  IMDB Rating 6.7
13. Bridget Jones's Diary (2001)
Not understanding the hype for this movie. I really couldn't stand it. The only plus was Hugh Grant's accent ;]
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 54  Average listal rating (29 ratings) 5.8  IMDB Rating 6.1
14. The Caller (2011)
This movie had an interesting mix of killer/time warps. We've all seen the typical "go back in time and change stuff and this happens" movies, and we have also all seen the "stranger calls and threatens whomever" movies. This was a unique combination of the two.
And it actually made my skin crawl a time or two- that does NOT happen often.
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 627  Average listal rating (346 ratings) 5.7  IMDB Rating 6.4
15. The Producers (2005)
It was decent. Made for a pretty good laugh.
The worst part was that I kept pictureing Timon from the Lion King.
I really dislike Uma Thurman, but in this movie she wasn't bad.
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 1074  Average listal rating (660 ratings) 5.6  IMDB Rating 6.1
16. Rush Hour 3 (2007)
I really didn't pay much attention to the actual plot of the movie, I more just listened to it and laughed at the jokes- which I throughly enjoyed.
So I give it that.
Did they really need to make 3 Rush Hour movies though? Probably not.
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 2638  Average listal rating (1721 ratings) 6.6  IMDB Rating 6.9
17. Cruel Intentions (1999)
I love Reese Witherspoon, and Sarah Michelle Geller is growing on me. CAn't say that I was a fan of Ryne Phillippe's acting, but it didn't ruin the movie.
I found it very good, and I love seeing Reese at a younger age.
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 487  Average listal rating (279 ratings) 5.7  IMDB Rating 5.6
18. New Year's Eve (2011)
Excellent. I've said before that I am not usually a big fan of "puzzle piece" storylines, but i did like this one. It would have been better if the people were all connected, but still excellent.
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 46  Average listal rating (20 ratings) 4.7  IMDB Rating 4.3
19. Playback (2012)
This made my skin crawl a little bit, too. so that means it was a hit in my book.
it reminded me vaugely of the ring, though
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 323  Average listal rating (175 ratings) 6  IMDB Rating 5.4
20. Blood and Chocolate (2007)
I was pleased that there were no vampires in this movie. I am so tired of werewolves being paired with vampires in EVERY SINGLE movie/tv show.
This was a good movie. Thumbs up!
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 550  Average listal rating (374 ratings) 7.2  IMDB Rating 7.6
21. Tucker and Dale vs. Evil (2010)
Always fun to watch a horror satire :]
I've seen parts of this before, but thought i should probably see the whole thing eventually.
It was the perfect show of how stupid people in horror movies are.
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 230  Average listal rating (149 ratings) 5.3  IMDB Rating 5.6
22. Horsemen (2009)
Loved the twist ending. And the entire movie kept me wondering. Excellent.
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 400  Average listal rating (221 ratings) 6  IMDB Rating 6.1
23. The Tale of Despereaux (2008)

People who added this item 2565  Average listal rating (1659 ratings) 7.8  IMDB Rating 8.2
24. The Avengers (2012)
I loved it! It was definitely better than any of the other Marvel movies (aside from Iron Man)
I just wish that they had explained Hawkeye better [i actually had to ask a friend who the heck he was after the movie was over] and expanded more on Black Widow
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 1650  Average listal rating (1010 ratings) 6.9  IMDB Rating 7.3
25. The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou (2004)
Visually, this movie was stunning.
I also loved the way the director made it in an "old-timey" feel.
As for the overall movie itself, it was average.
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 43  Average listal rating (24 ratings) 6.8  IMDB Rating 6.2
26. Stolen Lives (2009)
YAY! Another thumbs up for a random netflix movie!
The different stories connected well in the end, but in a slightly unexpected way.
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 1019  Average listal rating (682 ratings) 6.9  IMDB Rating 7.2
27. 21 Jump Street (2012)
This movie was perfect! It was so cliche in a very non-cliche way. Loved it! And Channing Tatumn did a good job.
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 205  Average listal rating (128 ratings) 5.1  IMDB Rating
28. Bless the Child (2000)
This movie was really good, until about 30 minutes from the end. Then it got pretty lame and corny. It reminded me a lot of "Drag Me to Hell", which is NOT a compliment
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 312  Average listal rating (193 ratings) 5.9  IMDB Rating 5.8
29. Journey 2: The Mysterious Island (2012)
This one was actually fairly humorus. I know that I saw the first movie, but it obviously did not make a lasting impression on me as I don't even remember if I liked it or not. But this one was decent.
(I wish I could have a mini elephant!)
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 44  Average listal rating (25 ratings) 5.5  IMDB Rating 5.8
30. The Skeptic (2009)
Well, it started out pretty good- creepyish scenario, decent acting, a fairly likeable set of characters, and then went south.
towards the end I could hardly even bare to finish it.
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 184  Average listal rating (120 ratings) 4.8  IMDB Rating 4.9
31. Vanishing on 7th Street (2010)
I actually really enjoyed this movie. I know it has low ratings, but I personally liked it. It had the right amount mystery and suspence to keep you interested.

My one complaint is that they really didn't wrap up ANY of the questions. This biggest being WHAT THE HELL ACTUALLY HAPPENED? Where did everybody go? Why were those specific people left? I still don't know.
It ended with an unexpected conclusion/cliff-hanger. Just watch it and rant about it with me. haha
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 668  Average listal rating (453 ratings) 5.4  IMDB Rating 5.6
32. Piranha (2010)
I would have liked this movie better if it had featured the cast of Jersey Shore :]

But on a more serious note, I knew exactly what I was going to see when I started watching it, and it didn't disapoint.
Basically it was a guy's movie through and through- blood, boobs, drinking. typical

I can't imagine seeing it in 3D, it would have been pointless.

oh, yeah. I gotta say that I loved the ending
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 246  Average listal rating (141 ratings) 5.8  IMDB Rating 5.9
33. Gone (2012)
Amanda has come so far since Mean Girls. Her acting evolved in every way imaginable. This movie was no exceptiong.
We have all seen the is "she crazy or isn't she?" movies, film directors are obviously running out of ideas. But this one was good, and I would watch it again.
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 223  Average listal rating (124 ratings) 5.1  IMDB Rating 5.3
34. One for the Money (2012)
Favorite quote:
"we got this 'good cop/bad cop' thing goin, except we hookers"

very cute. but i'm a sucker for katherine heigel.
however, it seemed like her jersey accent came and went throughout the movie. that's my only complaint
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 5  Average listal rating (4 ratings) 5  IMDB Rating 5.4
35. Confined (2010)
Ehh, it's been done before, so I'd call it average.
But the ending was a good switch up- one that I haven't seen before.
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 445  Average listal rating (266 ratings) 6.2  IMDB Rating 6.6
36. Man on a Ledge (2012)
Clever, very clever. It was really good for a heist movie and it wasn't what i was expecting- that's a good thing in my book.
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 111  Average listal rating (68 ratings) 5.4  IMDB Rating 5.6
37. 100 Feet (2008)
Famke Janssen has become one of my favorite actresses in a very short time. this movie actually creeped me out to an extent, so it automatically gets a good rating for that reason alone.
The acting was good, the plot was good. overall, I liked it.
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 3599  Average listal rating (2280 ratings) 7.1  IMDB Rating 7.7
38. Love Actually (2003)
I finally, finally, FINALLY finished this movie. It's been sitting half watched on my computer for months and months. To be honest, it bored me. Was it well written? Yeah, I suppose. But it simply did not catch nor keep my intrest.
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 769  Average listal rating (443 ratings) 6.1  IMDB Rating 6.5
39. Youth in Revolt (2009)
This was a re-watch; I just needed something amusing to listen to while I lazed about, basically.
I liked it no more and no less than I did the first time that I saw it.
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 2774  Average listal rating (1643 ratings) 7.9  IMDB Rating 8.1
40. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 (2011)
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 37  Average listal rating (22 ratings) 5.3  IMDB Rating
41. Fingerprints (2006)
Oh my, where do I begin? I'm not really sure why I even bothered watching this; it was simply terrible.
The acting was beyond poor(the mother being the absolute WORST), and the story line didn't even make sense.
The only reason that I even finished it was because I wanted to be able to truly say, "yes, it was bad from start to finish"...and it was.

There were so many little quirks throughout the whole movie that I won't even bother ranting about them.

sorry if this is your favorite movie and i offended you. but if it is, please go watch some good cinema and get back to me.
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 1702  Average listal rating (1023 ratings) 7.1  IMDB Rating 7.5
42. Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows (2011)
My main complaint about this movie is that there simply was not enough Rachel McAdams!
Other than that, I thought it was very cleverly done and well put together.
I always love Robert Downey Jr.
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 11  Average listal rating (3 ratings) 6.7  IMDB Rating 6.1
43. Turn the River (2007)
A little dull and not really "my type" of movie. But I watched it because I wanted to see more of Famke Janssen's work, and I thought that her performance was good.
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 89  Average listal rating (46 ratings) 6.8  IMDB Rating 7.2
44. Forever Strong (2008)
I don't normally like sports movies, and I don't know the first thing about Rugby, so I went in with low expectations.
Was it amazing? No.
Was it pretty good? Yes.
Will I watch it again? I could, but probably not.
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 145  Average listal rating (65 ratings) 6.9  IMDB Rating 6.5
45. The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Beginning (2008)
For a prequal made nearly 20 years after the orignial, it wasn't awful, but definitely not good either.
The songs were uninspiring, the voices were not close enough to the orignial, they made Flounder extremely annoying, and the story line in general simply didn't connect well to The Little Mermaid.
They would have been better off not making this one.
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 506  Average listal rating (326 ratings) 6.3  IMDB Rating 6.8
46. Safe House (2012)
Basically, it was a Dezel Washington movie. I don't really know how else to describe it, honsetly.
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 2495  Average listal rating (1681 ratings) 7.5  IMDB Rating 7.9
47. Hot Fuzz (2007)
An average moive. Very typical humor, but not bad. It should have been significantly shorter, though. then it might have kept my attention.
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 17  Average listal rating (11 ratings) 4  IMDB Rating 5.1
48. Beneath the Dark (2010)
Started out like SO many other movies...couple driving into the wilderness and end up at a deserted motel.
From there it was a little less typical, but (I won't lie) a little confusing.
The ending was predictable.
Just an average movie.
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 578  Average listal rating (365 ratings) 5.8  IMDB Rating 6.3
49. Don't Say a Word (2001)
So it has a low rating, but I personally thought it was great. It's been done before, but not in this way.I give it a thumbs up for sure.
Lydia's rating:

People who added this item 1579  Average listal rating (941 ratings) 7.3  IMDB Rating 7.7
50. Kiss Kiss Bang Bang (2005)
Hooray! A movie that is actually worth a good rating! I love Robert Downey Jr., and I loved this movie.
It was a relief to watch a good action comedy :D
