the Windsor Castle and the Tower of London are on my previous list (Amazing Castle) and i didn't select Inveraray to represent U.K. but i'm aware that this selection it's the worst of the list :D

Well, since Hungary got mentioned, I think I can make a few suggestions.

It is a somewhat unfortunate fact, that very few castles remain intact. This is because in the XVIIIth century the Austrians blew up a lot of them, so that potential rebels couldn't use them as strongholds. For example, Sárospatak was originally a lot bigger, but it is actually one of the luckier ones, as a lot of other castles, like Dévény, Csobánc, Szanda or Szádvár are nothing more than ruins.

But, fortunately, there are still quite a few, that are intact or mostly intact.

Visegrád is very impressive, so is Sümeg and Siklós. The Jurisics castle in Kőszeg and the castle of Gyula are also interesting. The Kinizsi castle in Nagyvázsony and the castle of Diósgyőr interesting. I can also suggest Sárvár, Mosonmagyaróvár and Simontornya.

The Vajdahunyad castle is interesting, because it's not an authentic medieval castle. It was built in 1896 for a large exposition in Budapest, and it was designed by Ignác Alpár. It was originally built of wood, and it was so popular, that between 1904-1908, it was rebuilt from more permanent materials. It is a combination of various famous buildings from Hungary, and it was mostly modelled after the ancestral castle of the Hunyadi family in Vajdahunyad, Transylvania (today Hunedoara, Romania), which is also an impressive castle, by the way.
