Moved On

"Well, this is a place that you... that you all made together so that you could find one another. The most important part of your life was the time that you spent with these people. That's why all of you are here. Nobody does it alone Jack. You needed all of them, and they needed you."

The 'Flash-sideways' Universe was revealed to be a purgatory-type place where all the survivors would meet after they died. Throughout these unique flashes, they were living their lives without their past flaws and eventually they all experienced a type of awakening where they would remember when they were alive. At this crucial point, they all met in Eloise's church to move on to the next life.

These guys were actually killed in the shared world. They were rather villainous when they were alive so they were probably sent to hell?

A note from me.
One of my favourite things about Lost were the various missions and divisions that took place throughout the series. There were times when all the main characters would be divided into certain groups (by choice or not) with a particular goal that they had to achieve. The larger missions would usually take place in the season finale for the first 3 seasons, whereas the last 3 seasons were more about the divisions that split the survivors apart.

I created these lists to monitor the everchanging group dynamics and the loyalties that evolved over the 6 seasons of the show.

I like the ending because too many characters died so it was nice to see them all re-exist in the afterlife

I agree about Ecko. I think we saw he and his brother move on together at the end of Cost of Living.

Enjoyed the show. Ending could have been better. Felt like things were being built up to a huge climax that didn't actually happen.
