You should watch '1900' AKA 'Novecento' starring Robert de Niro. The version I saw was 5 hours long! Now, that's a challenge....
Personally, I don't think it is a really good idea to watch the LOTR trilogy in one session. I mean, you will be focused for the first 4 or 5 hours but during the last 3 hours, you (or you brain) will be to tired to really enjoy the whole thing.
But on more serious note: Watch Satantango if you really want to watch long movie, which is actually good. Though considering the movies on your list, watching 7h long B&W movie about political athmosphere in Hungary after the fall of the Soviet Union isn't your idea of a good film. Yet, I personally would recommend this to anyone.
The Departed,Zodiac,Inception,The Dark Knight,The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King...I love these movies!!:)
