Jean Reno was born July 30 1948 in Casablanca, Morocco.
Jean began his career in motion pictures at 29 y.o. in the movie The Hypothetis Of The Stolen Painting (1978) directed by Raúl Ruiz and starring Jean Rougeul and Chantal Paley and during his amazing career he played for some great movie director like Luc Besson,Lawrence Kasdan, Brian DePalma, John Frankenheimer and Ron Howard and played in many popular movies such as Subway (1985) The Big Blue (1988) La Femme Nikita (1990) The Visitors (1993)
Mission Impossible (1996) Ronin (1998) Crimson Rivers (2002) The Pink Panther (2006) and the great Flushed Away in 2006.

The title of the list scared me for a moment. Too many crazy talented people have been passing away way before their time this year. I am glad it is not the case here. I am looking forward to seeing many more movies with him. I am glad you added The Visitors because it shows that he has more than just a serious side.

@ Isabella... Tribute doesn't mean death my friend but if you read Farewell or In Memoriam ... Scream and pray that the stars didn't had the visit of the Grim Reaper. : )
The Visitor is a very funny movie with some delirious french dialogues and Jean is extremely funny as one of the visitors of another century. : ))
