Seriously, how can anyone not love this game? This is like "The Godfather" or "Citizen Kane" of video games. The 3DS version is even better due to the revamped graphics and lighting, a better menu and presentation, and as well as the addition to Master Quest Mode.

The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past - Super famicom and SNES
A great retro title with an unforgettable soundtrack. This is also a game that isn't too easy or too difficult.

Although one major thing I do have to nitpick is that (in the SNES version) the translation is a bit out of date compared to the later Zelda games. For example, the Seven Sages are referred to as the Seven Wise Men/Maidens, and the Sacred Realm was referred to as the Golden Land. Also, when the Master Sword is put back on the pedestal, it's supposed to be "sleeps again," not "sleeps again forever."

Though I kinda wish this game would have voice acting, but have Link remain mute, just like Nintendo did with Samus Aran for Metroid Prime 3. Anyways, it's still a great game with and a way to celebrate the franchise's 25th anniversary.

I kinda wish this game would have gotten the Wii Motion Plus treatment like Skyward Sword did, and also have orchestrated music. The music is still good, though, especially with pieces like "The Hidden Village", "Midna's Lament", and "Hyrule Field". But overall, it's still a good game and solid launch title for the Wii. And Midna is the best side character for a Zelda game since Tingle and Skull Kid from Majora's Mask.

Seriously underrated. It's perhaps the most haunting Zelda game released. It even has some of my favorite soundtrack in the series: "Deku Palace", "Ikana Canyon", and "Clock Town Final Hours". If you haven't played this game, whether you're a Zelda fan or a video gamer, then do so. You'll won't regret it.

I actually didn't mind the art change. Besides, it's the gameplay, presentation, and music are what really matters. And taking pictures of every people and creatures, and having figures of them does add a bit of replay value to it.

A great successor to a great SNES game. This might also be the best handheld Zelda game to date.

The flute gameplay part felt too gimmicky, as you have to blow gently into the DS's mic. It can be unresponsive at times that you have to redo the notes over again until you get it right. But aside from that, it's still a solid game. It's nice to see Zelda being a sidekick for a change.

It's not a bad game by any means, but it just lacks the exploration and depth that the series is known for. Plus, it's too linear and repetitive, even by Zelda standards. And the music is pretty forgettable, too.

Adventures of Link, while not as important of the first game, is fun nonetheless!
