Kirby: Best to Worst
![]() This has a series of modes that each one plays differently. One is a race while another one you timed to get through, each is varied and fun to play. The DS version has acouple new modes that are really fun to play and increased replay valve. I like the ability where you have this power and you could make it a partner to help you out. I wonder if it will return in the next Kirby game. LordDarkrai's rating:
![]() This doesn't change alot other than the super ability where you use it to destroy countless enemies and environments, and swallow more than release a more powerful star to repel. However it is still a joy to play with memorable stages and the difficulty right for what the series always intended to make a game anyone play without being complex. LordDarkrai's rating:
![]() This is one interesting title. With a different art-style and gameplay, it still feels fun despite it being the more easier Kirby game in the series. Each level has its own charm with variety mixed in especially with the different power ups Kirby can transform to like a robot, and dolphin for instance. If you don't mind the difficulty, this is one game to try out. LordDarkrai's rating:
![]() This came out after the N64 release in 1997. This plays much like the second Dream Land with acouple of new animals to play. Not alot of powers up are in this one but that doesn't it stop it from being a fun game to play. Also I'm not going to lie, I don't care for graphics in general but I will said that this game's visuals at that time is pretty appealing to look at. I need to play |

Kirby & the Amazing Mirror for me, though I also really like Kirby's Dream Land 2. When you so happen to play The Amazing Mirror again, would you let me know what you think of it? It'd be cool to read a familiar Listal users' opinion. ;]
Kirby's Dream Land - Simple and straightforward, I must say.
Kirby's Adventure - Fun and addictive; still holds up after 20 years.
Kirby's Dream Land 2 - Better than the first, but I'm still stuck on the infuriating last level of Red Canyon.
Kirby Super Star (both versions)- The SNES version is fun, as was he DS version, although the latter was made a bit too hard later on.
Kirby's Dream Land 3 - Thankfully more merciful than the second, and the best of the Dream Land games.
Kirby 64 - Even better than the Dream Land games, and the best Kirby game since Adventure.
Yeah, it's probably a case of nostalgia goggles... I know the first game isn't perfect - it is too short and too easy - but I'm always so disappointed with other Kirby games when I play them... I don't know why. But seriously - I would LOVE to find a Kirby game that dethrones the original in my personal hierarchy.
