Kai Z Feng was born in Shanghai and is now based in London. Kai started his artist career as a painter and won numerous award from the early age at 14. At 24, he found photography and started to inject his unique style of artist vision into the fashion world. His youthful energy and his sense of beauty quickly won him major assignments with international brands including: Burberry, Aquascutum, Blumarine, Elie Saab, Thomas Burberry, Shanghai Tang and Jaeger. He has also garnered an international reputation for his portraiture work and has photographed many public names including Mischa Barton, Olga Kurylenko, Christopher Bailey, Hayley Artwell, Katherine Jenkins, Katy Perry, Nicholas Hoult, Jim Sturgess, Kate Nash among others.
