I beg to differ. They are both surrealists - even absurdists - but there is a huge difference in style and content between the two. Kafkaesque just doesen't ring Lynch in my ears. And vice versa.

"Jacob's Ladder" should be on the list.

Havent seen it but maybe "Johnny Got His Gun (1971)"?

"Shadows And Fog" by Woody Allen, was very Kafkaesque.
