Ugh, what a mess. But here they are in alphabetical order. Netflix regularly gives a few titles here and there the boot, which irks me at times, but also makes my decision-making process on what to watch much easier. But usually I just find myself indecisive as hell.
So, please, let's here your suggestions! What should I watch??

Done...
It was quite funny to see all those (average) horror flicks that you are so found of... Otherwise, your queue looks way better than mine!
Seen 27 of these. I'm sure my recommendations will come as no surprise to you, but here ya go...
1. Buffalo '66
2. Science of Sleep
3. Theater of Blood
4. Naked Lunch
5. Rosencrantz & Guildenstern
6. Four Lions
7. Tetro
8. The Graduate
9. Ip Man
10. The Gold Rush
11. Ichi the Killer
12. The Good, the Bad & the Weird
Voting against: Stone, which was the worst movie I saw from last year. Akwaryo's review says it all.
Other than that there's nothing here I'd definitely say you shouldn't watch, though a few I would need to revisit to give a definite opinion on (Lord of Illusions, 8mm, The War Zone). Since you hated the remake of Funny Games I doubt you'd like the original because the only differences are the cast and a slightly slower pace.
If you're in the mood for something FUN (though not necessarily Great despite what I think of them): The Machine Girl, Dead & Breakfast, Waxwork, Hudsucker Proxy, and Bucket of Blood should all do the trick.
On a final note, Creature from the Black Lagoon should be seen simply for its place in film history, and Following should be watched since you've enjoyed Nolan's work. Always good to see where a good (dare I say great?) filmmaker begins.
Actually I'm also going to go ahead & vote AGAINST this version of The Vanishing even though I haven't seen it. My sources tell me it's nowhere near as good as the original, so I'd say get your hands on it instead. Wouldn't want the original ruined for you. ;)
Finally had time to sit down and sift through these!
MUST-SEE:
-All About Eve (there's no way you won't love it)
-Bonnie & Clyde
-Brokeback Mountain
-Crimes & Misdemeanors
-Kramer vs. Kramer
-NETWORK!!! (WHAT?!!! YOU HAVEN'T SEEN IT?!! Go watch it right now!! Easily one of my top 5 all-time favorites.)
-Peeping Tom (if you classify it as a horror film, it may be one of my favorite horror films, though I'm not QUITE sure if it can be classified as horror)
-Sin Nombre
-The War Zone
Films I liked (or liked a lot) but that I'm not 100% sure you'll like as much:
-I Am Love
-Lonesome Jim
-Paranoid Park (Not one of Van Sant's best, but I still liked it well enough)
-The Piano Teacher (love it, but perfectly understand anyone who says they hate it)
-Priceless (pretty superficial, but fun)
-Stuck
Films I don't recommend:
-The original version of Funny Games (I like it every bit as much as I liked the American one, but since you hated it, and they're essentially identical, I highly doubt you'll have a different experience with this one)
-The Girl Next Door (Poorly acted and exploitative in a way that it fails to have any respect for the events it documents. Watch An American Crime instead... though I just realized I don't have it rated on Listal. I'd have to watch it again, but it's probably between a 6 and a 7, whereas The Girl Next Door is a 4)
-The Last House on the Left (horrible third act)
Intoacto (2001)
Four Lions (2010)
Following (1998)
Three that I love and am crushed when people don't like them.
Delicatessen
Peeping Tom (1960)
Creature from the Black Lagoon
Three that I consider 'must see' and think you'll enjoy
Amadeus
La Femme Nikita (1990)
Battleship Potemkin
And three warnings...
A Very Long Engagement - If you have watched every Jean-Pierre Jeunet film and want to offically see all of his films, then go ahead and push this forward in your queue. Even then the film contains little of visual style but does still carry his storytelling style.
Dead & Breakfast - gay campy lowbudget failed atempt at horror comedy. I never made it that far into the film.
The Vanishing (1993)- See the origionl 1998 version of the film. The remake is actually so bad is boredline offensive.
All About Eve
Altered
Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead
Those are my top recommendations. All About Eve is one of the best movies I've seen and R&G Are Dead is one of my all-time favorites. Altered is great too. That one I was really surprised, I thought it would be hokey and poorly made but it was actually pretty damn good, and personally I thought it was insanely terrifying. The effects look great too, for being a low-key movie I've never heard of until I browsed their sci fi selection.
Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me
I'd really recommend watching the TV show if you haven't, it's not at all gonna ruin the show for you but it'll make it a bit neater. Only 2 seasons (sadly). It's a good movie either way.
Wolfen
Good but a little bland, at least for a werewolf movie. If you're into slower paced stuff, and don't look for gore or lots of effects, but still a good story.
It is going to take a while....
