Many horror films put a lot of gore and blood and chopped up people, but for me they still don't beat Eyes Without A Face in terms of creepiness. It's just so...realistic. Like a documentary.

You put some great things on this list! If anyone else has actually seen God Told Me To I'd be shocked, it's incredibly weird. Also The Tingler, The Wicker Man, and Whatever Happened To Baby Jane are fantastic! I will have to check out some of the other films mentioned here.

This may very well be the best list on this site. Congrats for a great list of horror flicks and some real hidden gems in here. I hadn't even heard of many of these and now I've added them to my "to see" list.
