I made this list to try and keep track of where my music taste came from. I scoped out my most listened to artists on my last.fm profile, along with a few favourite wild-cards, and tried to remember who recommended them to me. I've split them into three categories:

1. Recommended to me by a flesh and blood friend.

2. Recommended to me by an internet message board hero.

3. Bands I've discovered after some searching myself.

One day in the future I'll look back on this with pride.
