Alan Wake was pretty good. I'd recommend giving that a go if you haven't yet.

Thief: The Dark Project, although not straight-up full-fledged horror, had a fair amount of spine-tingling moments throughout the game; in fact, I'd say it's far more warranting of the horror label than dubious titles like Resident Evil 4. The level Return to the Cathedral alone puts most horror games to shame.
