Coco Rocha did a photoshoot for VP by Terry Richardson where she was portrayed as the devil/possessed. It would go well with your list. Not sure if those images have been added to Coco's gallery yet but I can probably find them if you need help :)
I'm normally not really a fan of Terry's photography but that VP ed he did will Lily D was amazing!
