Kristýna Kohoutová as Alice. Running time 86 minutes. Won a Feature Film Award.

Fields, Edna May Oliver, Cary Grant, Gary Cooper, Edward Everett Horton and Baby LeRoy). The movie was influenced by Eva Le Gallienne's and Florida Friebus' Broadway version of the novel. Directed by Norman Z. McLeod, the movie has never been released on VHS or DVD, although it is occasionally broadcast on cable television channels. The film was released in 1933 with the original running time 90 min but Universal Studios bought the television rights in the late 1950s, and cut it to 77 minutes. Charlotte Henry as Alice.
