Hal's TV List
One word -- unbeatable.
Hal Bascom's rating:
This show ended just the way I predicted and the way I hoped it would, seeing how they weren't going to keep David James Elliot around after the Tenth year and without him, there is no JAG.
Hal Bascom's rating:
Before Phil Hartman's demise, this was a really great show that had to be searched for in order to find it because the station kept moving their time slot and day of telecast.
Hal Bascom's rating:
I began disliking this show after Michael Moriarty's departure.
Hal Bascom's rating:
A shame this one was discontinued because it was the only show that had a wizard who placed a sign on his door of business stating such.
Hal Bascom's rating:
I didn't think much of this one after the first year because the producer began getting rid of the three beautiful women on it, i.e., Lake Bell, Rhona Mitra and finally Monica Potter in favor of Candice Bergen.
Hal Bascom's rating:
They found a suitable replacement for Honor Blackman.
Hal Bascom's rating:
It took awhile to see them, but finally getting to see The Nairobi Trio was worth it.
Hal Bascom's rating:
I would have liked to swing at the gong on some of these contestants. How they slipped past the show's talent vetting escapes me even today. There are some TV ads of today I'd like to gong, but all I can do is press the "Blessed Silence" button (Mute button).

I remember the pilot of this program when it was shown in two parts on "JAG." Part 1 was "Ice Queen" and part 2 was "Meltdown." Some of the comments I read when it was announced that NCIS would become a regular show was "Who is Mark Harmon?" I suppose everyone who watches NCIS knows now.
