As Michael Myers in Halloween (1978)
![]() "Micheal Myers" pretty much introduced me to the slasher genre, and is an amazing character. He has all the elements of the creepy serial killer villain. I admire "Halloween", and praise "Michael Myers". MovieMan's rating:
As Norman Bates in Psycho (1960)
![]() WOW! Norman Bates is probably the creepiest character in all of cinema. He has two personalities, including his mother! he gives me the goosebumps every time I see him. He is truly an excellent film icon. MovieMan's rating:
As Antoine Chigurh in No Country For Old Men (2007)
![]() Javier Bardem really proved himself in the role as Antoine Chigurh. He really showed what he can do. I think of Chigurh, as one of the most intimidating, and great movie villains ever created. MovieMan's rating:
As Jigsaw in The Saw Series (2004,2005,2006,2007,2008)
![]() Though killed in the third installment, "Jigsaw" is still a legend in the way of movie villains. His crazy contraptions are still carrying on, so far into the fifth film. This great character is a classic to be remembered by any horror movie-goer. MovieMan's rating:
As Frank Costello in The Departed (2006)
![]() You can't get any better than Jack Nicholson, especially when he's playing the role of Frank Costello. An amazing character in every way. Maybe my all-time favorite. MovieMan's rating:
As The Joker in The Dark Knight (2008)
![]() I think Heath Ledger's "The Joker" is one of the greatest movie villains ever in a film. His portrayal of the dark, gritty yet genius mind of Joker is a well deserving oscar winner. Congratulations to Heath Ledger. MovieMan's rating:
As Robert Hannsen in Breach (2007)
![]() Robert Hanssen (Chris Cooper) is one of the most witty, and intelligent characters I have ever witnessed on screen. His mind games, and genius ability, make him one of my all-time favorite characters. MovieMan's rating:
As Sheriff Hoyt in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning
![]() Sheriff Hoyt was excellent in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. He played the role great, and looked very realistic while doing it. I wouldn't want to be pulled over by him. One of the most intimidating, and truly creepy characters in cinema history. MovieMan's rating:
As Lord Voldemort in The Harry Potter Series
![]() "He who must not be named", also known as Lord Voldemort, is one of the scariest looking, and powerful movie villains in movie history. He hunts Harry and his friends through every installment, and does a great job at doing it. MovieMan's rating:
As Dr. Hannibal Lecter in The Silence Of The Lambs, and Hannibal
![]() Every time I saw Hannibal, or The silence of the lambs a few years back, Hannibal Lecter would bring chills down my back with his extremely creepy motives. He is an extraordinary classic character. MovieMan's rating:
As Darth Vader in Star Wars
![]() What can I say about the classic "Darth Vader"?. Only so many words can explain the greatness of this character. When I first saw the Star Wars series back when I was a kid, I loved watching him, and he is still great to this day. MovieMan's rating:
As Biff Tannen in The Back To The Future Series (1985,1989,1990)
