Great Music Artists from Finland

Sielun Veljet (Soul Brothers) is simply the best band from Finland. Great CD-recordings and awesome tracks. Lyrics are sometimes pretty funny, and they make no sense. What else you can ask from band? Suomi - Finland is the most impressive album, and the most multifaceted too. BUT, my personal favorite is still L'amourha, which was my favorite album when I was 3-7 years old. Simply awesome band. If somebody asks me what is my favorite song by Sielun Veljet, it would be "Volvot ulvoo kuun savuun", or "Talvi (Winter)"

Hardcore punk from Finland. Bad quality, rambling songs and great lyrics. It's sad that you can only have this band's CD's by downloading. It would be great to have albums in cabinet.

Another hardcore punk band from finland. Terveet Kädet is not as good as Lama, but it still is ****½ band. Their actually both awesome bands, but i prefer Lama because their lyrics are sometimes more funny. Only thing that sucks in both bands is that the songs are too short.

Sielun Veljet is an Ismo Alanko*-bändi too, and it's Ismo's first one. These guys only one bad album, which is their debyt. "Harsoinen Teräs" is my second favorite CD (after Pink Floyd's The Wall), and it's great stuff - I can promise.


*Ismo Alanko is a songwriter and singer of both bands. He has pretty many other bands too.

CMX has great, maybe a little psychedelic songs, but they still are great. Lyrics are sometimes very cool, and the music is very nice. I love voice of the singer.

Eppu Normaali is legendary finnish rock artist, which has in my opinion not a single very good album (I haven't listened 'em all, but most of them). Eppu Normaali has few awesome songs, and only couple of bad ones. CD's ensembles are just not pretty good..

Rauli Badding Somerjoki is such a legend finnish pop-artist from 70's. Rauli is not a special singer, but because he sang like early rock-artists, he was popular. I have to say that I love some tracks from Rauli, the Best of Collection is awesomeness.
