Despite the fact that this movie won an Oscar and is in the 1001 Movies You Must See Before You Die, I still think this movie belongs on the list because besides that I don't hear many people talk about this movie. This is a unique thriller with excellent performances from Donald Sutherland and Jane Fonda.

The screenplay for this movie was written by Michael Crichton and it shows especially near the second half of this movie. People who added this item 209  Average listal rating (119 ratings) 6.7  IMDB Rating 7.2

50. Electric Dreams (1984)

An artificially intelligent PC and his human owner find themselves in a romantic rivalry over a woman.

Worth seeing for the premise alone.

moviewatcher122's rating:

A huge list of unseen gems that I think are good. While not all of these movies may be "great", but some of them are hence why great is in the title instead of good. As some of them are too good to be just labeled as good.

Also regarding the trailers, you don't have to watch them nor do I expect you to. They're just an add-on and it's more for show than anything.

Scarecrow is an amazing film with exceptional performances from Gene Hackman and Al Pacino. It is so underated.

The original verions of The Taking of Pelhan One Two Three and Assault On Pecinct 13 are brilliant action movies.

I agree that Assault On Precinct 13 is one of Carpenter's best action films but Big Trouble in Little China has got everything for me so it just tips it.

I also agree with you on Prom Night. It's a very entertaining slasher. There is so much tension in the scenes towards the end, with the disco music blaring in the background. It works so well!

Nice List!
