a.k.a. The Godfather Saga. A TV mini-series that combines the first film and the second film (along with more than an hour of extra footage) into one film playing in chronological order.
It starts with the story of a young boy, Vito, who is forced to flee to America in 1902 to escape death at the hands of the local Don. It chronicles the story of his rise to become 'Don Corleone' as well as his son, Michael's succession as the next 'Don Corleone'. It continues with Michael's attempt to legitimise the family business by making a move to Las Vegas and his several attempts to fight off his enemies.
