At the Mountains of Madness directed by Guillermo del Toro

A director with a unique vision always getting screwed by Hollywood executives and as well as the video game industry with the cancellation of Hideo Kojima's Silent Hills show that life is always not fair. One of the reasons why it's not officially greenlit yet is because del Toro wanted to make it an expensive period piece with a hard R rating and with no romance subplot (Who needs that, anyway?), but the execs thought it would not be profitable enough. Plus, there's Prometheus, which has a similar premise to AtMoM, and the project was canceled as a result.

Inside Out (2015)
A sequel to Inside Out

Even though Pixar has no plans for sequels after The Incredibles 2 and Toy Story 4, but it would be interesting to see where Inside Out is going to go next. It could focus on Riley's high school life and definitely should bring back the raw tearjerking moments of the original and continue the "no antagonist" route.

A sequel to Team America: World Police

Just like the first movie reflects on the W. Bush Administration, the second should satirize the Obama and Trump Administrations.

A another horror film directed by Sam Raimi

Sam Raimi needs to direct another film that is in the same line as The Evil Dead Trilogy and the so underrated Drag Me to Hell. And bonus points if the lead is played by someone like Ellen Page (who was originally the lead in Drag Me to Hell before it went to Alison Lohman) or Mary Elizabeth Winstead.
DragonPhoenix46's rating:
An action or horror (with a dependable director) film with Mary Elizabeth Winstead in a starring role

She is not only beautiful and cute, but also awesome and badass. She deserves as much as attention as the other high-profile actresses like Scarlett Johansson and Jennifer Lawrence.

A horror musical directed by Tim Burton, with music and lyrics composed by Danny Elfman

I would like to see a horror musical done on a similar fashion to The Wicker Man (1973). It would also be nice to see Burton reteam with some of his past colleagues like Paul Reubens and Michael Keaton.

Christina Ricci would also be a nice addition. And she needs an acclaimed role so she won't always be remembered as Wednesday Addams from The Addams Family (1991). Her notable adult roles like Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Sleepy Hollow (1999), and Monster aren't enough for her to escape for being only widely remembered for one role.

A low-budget horror film directed by Peter Jackson

It would be nice if Peter Jackson goes back to his low-budget roots someday and direct an effective horror flick.

A solo Black Widow film

Come on, Marvel! Scarlett Johansson does have a large enough audience to make huge millions and I would pay money to see a standalone Black Widow film in a heartbeat.

The Dreaming Machine directed by the late Satoshi Kon

Satoshi Kon (Perfect Blue, Millennium Actress, Tokyo Godfathers, Paprika) died before completing this movie at the age of 46 from pancreatic cancer. It was near half completion. As of 7/5/2017, the film is still on hiatus. The producers don't have the funds and are looking for a director with similar talents to Kon.

A Marvel/Disney-made Fantastic Four film

If there's one film rights to a Marvel franchise that Fox has to give up right now, it would be Fantastic Four. They can keep the film rights to X-Men for now, however. Unfortunately as of 6/17/17, Marvel has no plans for a another reboot. But I can still dream.

A reboot of the Star Wars Prequel Trilogy

Call me crazy, but I really like to see the PT being rebooted with proper direction and writing, better character development, more practical effects, and more consistent continuity with the Original Trilogy. I don't think the best fan edits would do these movies justice enough.

I'm mostly going to list the ones that aren't in development or on the cards as of right now. But if they are going to get made, I'll remove them a couple of months after they're officially announced.
