I like this list. I would like to know what the shocking endings are and yet if you don't describe them it doesn't give anything away. The Departed and The Prestige were the most predictable ones. You should see Fat Girl (2001), it's available on Criterion DVD.
Good list, some movies I don't recall what the twist was, (i.e. Full Metal Jacket), but one notible absence on this list is the first saw, that had one of the best twists for a movie, and none of the sequels have yet to top it.
You know, I almost voted on your list until I saw The Village there. O_O Yes it does have a twist ending but IMO it is nowhere near "great".
But I like the fact that you put Mulholland Drive there. That's probably one of my most favorite movies from my favorite director, David Lynch.
As a suggestion, have you ever watched Primer? A lot of people hate the movie because it's so confusing and too mind-baffling, but that's the real twist (and fun) of the movie. The movie is so under-appreciated it's so sad. People only prefer blockbuster movies with great looking cast, lots of CGI and simple plot-line that won't challenge their mind...

...is what I call a good list!
My favorites from this one were Se7en and Vertigo.

Which is your fave twist ending? I think mine is all of them, as long as it's done/presented in a tasteful manner. =)
