No, it shouldn't. In Requiem for a dream are no fictional drugs, just real drugs, heroin, cannabis, MDMA, cocaine, barbiturates & amphetamines.

I hate drugs,The reality of it is our world has lost all grip on the situation.Sadly the kids of our future really are suffering.All movies and more contain drug situations.I think its a great list!
