You definitely got the first ones that pop into my head. I'm sure I'll think of others, but Bianca Halstead (aka Bianca Butthole) of Butt Trumpet & Betty Blowtorch definitely deserves a spot.

Add Sharin Foo will ya? Saw the Raveonettes live couple times she is a key player and exceptionally talented, she even does vocals, my fav being a cover song of My Boyfriend's Back.
