I remember always singing along to the "City Escape Theme" when playing Sonic Adventure 2 although I didn't even know the lyrics. But it's so catchy.

Nice to see Super Mario Sunshine on this list. Many of the tracks greatly manage to bring across the "holiday'ish" and relaxing feeling of the islands imo. ;)

That's exactly how I felt about Sunshine's music. Even though some parts of the game are a little hard, the music is very pleasant and coupled with the graphics it's all very vacation-y.

Bloody tears is one of my all-time favorite video game tracks. I find it ... invigorating.

Me too. It's my favorite Castlevania tune, and probably my all-time favorite video game tune as well.
