This could be called the perfect film, or at least the ultimate cinema experience, because it's just pure cinema. Words can not describe the greatness of 'Once Upon a Time in the West'. Everything about it is just perfect, that's all I can say.

It really takes you to an unforgettable trip from the dawn of mankind to the ultimate destination of man. Entertaining and epic! And it makes you think.

This technically pure peace of cinema is maybe one of the saddest films ever made. Visually perfect, emotionally too good to be true. The flashback scenes are something you won't ever see again. Just an absolute masterpiece!

Really strong and emotional film about how war can affect an individual. The camera work is amazing, which makes this one of the visually most beautiful films of all time, in my opinion. Also the beautiful Tatyana Samojlova with her strong performances makes this film something special.

A love story to be remembered! Sad, touching, funny... Sunrise has it all. Murnau was ahead of his time, when it comes to stories about love and marriage in film. The emotions are strong and some of the scenes makes you cry, even the roughest man. Also technically unique.

If '2001: A Space Odyssey' is the most realistic movie predicting future, this one, 'Barry Lyndon', is the most realistic description of 18th century, and the most realistic of all historic films. Another Kubrick masterpiece with some breathtaking cinematography. An epic adventure, a deep story.

One the most ambitious movies ever made. It has an unbelievably comprehensive storyline, and all in all the plot is just big, though it has no explodes nor "epic" scenes. The theme can't be more universal. Originally 9 hours long, but cut by the studio. The 4 hour version is still a masterpiece.
