Heat (1995)
I shouldn't have to say too much here. Heat is a true classic that I'll never ever forget. Pacino's second best film behind Scarface, and De Niro's second best behind Goodfellas. They are amazing on screen, and it's just great. Plus, it features one of the greatest gun fights in all of cinematic history.

The Town (2010)
Some of the most believable heists in recent memory, and filled with plenty of authentic, Boston styled action throughout. Great film.

Inside Man (2006)
One of the most intriguing heist films I've ever seen, with some top notch suspense, and a good twist.

These are some of the smartest and most entertaining to watch thieves while in action, or just planning the whole thing. Great film with a powerful cast.

Not your typical heist film, but still one of Nic Cage's best, and highly unique and entertaining.

I loved it. It's a darker version then your normal heist flick, but it sure is top notch, and not to be forgotten.

The Killing (1956)
Brilliantly presented taut script that flows at the perfect pace. It has no dull moments, amounting to one heck of an entertaining hour and a half. One of Kubrick's best.

The Score (2001)
One legendary actor, and one soon to be legend, filled with superb acting, and a great ending. Not exactly filled with violence and shootouts, but it's the characters and build up that makes this movie good.

Eh, somewhat disappointed not to see Rififi or Le Cercle Rouge here but it's fine. I like the fact that you, well, explain your opinions.

I, unfortunately have not seen too many foreign films. However, I really have been meaning to check out the two you mentioned.
