Very nice list. I always wish that I could go vegetarian, but being the Butchers Daughter (with a father working on the Bacon factory), this is easier said than even done.

I so admire people (regular as well as actors/actresses/singers/etc) who can go vegetarian or vegan.

CharlieBlue: I used to think that go vegetarian was the hardest thing in the world, but it's actually pretty simple: you just have to stop eating meat! :) I can't even stand the smell of it anymore anymore because I got sick. I'm also felling much better, healthier and not guilty. I hope you'll join our club someday! :)

Great list, though I'm interested to know if all these celebrities are currently vegan/vegetarian or if they simply were at some time.

I was also wondering which are vegans? or Lacto/Ovo/Pesco Vegetarians?
