"I've seen things you people wouldn't believe" in Blade Runner,the italian translation :"Io ne ho... viste cose che voi umani non potreste immaginarvi..." is too popular,almoust an idiom.
"Quando un uomo con la pistola incontra un uomo col fucile, quello con la pistola è un uomo morto!" ("When the man with a 45 meets the man with a rifle, you said the man with a pistol is a dead man")in A Fistful of Dollars is popular too.

Great list although I would argue that 'I ate his liver with some fava beans and a nice chianti' is more well known from Silence of the Lambs.
