Thanks for linking me the trailer for Rampo Noir. Definitely looks like something I'd like to see, despite your warnings here :)

Salo has been subject of conversation quite a bit and I think I've finally decided not to see it...

Don't worry. I won't! Although I did watch Turistas and...wait, I did see Hostel. Damn! Actually the two films aren't that dissimilar. Both were weak efforts and gratuitously gory with ridiculous storylines. Well, I won't watch the rest here. ;D

I only watched Hostel out of all these movies and I agree, I would not recommend it to anyone.
I don't think I'll be watching any of the other ones here.
