1. The Unknown Soldier (1955)
December's first important must see film is The Unknown Soldier. It's a Finnish war flick about the Continuation War. It is awesome, hilarious, touching and just about the most Finnish movie you can ever watch. It lasts for about 3 hours but it's so worth it. For 11 years now, this movie has been shown every year on 6th of December, which is Finland's Independence Day. I've watched it every year for three years, and it will always be my biggest must see of December.

2. The Snowman (1982)
It comes every Christmas morning and I've watched it every year for about 6 years. The movie's pretty magical and it's very nostalgic.

3. It's a Wonderful Life (1946)
Ever since I saw It's a Wonderful Life for the first time, I've included it in my Christmas movie routine. I absolutely love the movie, and it has James Stewart in it. I actually never thought I'd like it as much as I did.

5. Home Alone (1990)
I think both Home Alone and HA 2 are shown on TV every Christmas, not sure though. But I usually do watch both of them every Christmas. Kevin is pretty awesome.

I am not really a Christmas person. I've actually never been like that. But I do have some important routines and plans with my family. We don't really share gifts anymore, just something little, but we do eat a good Christmas dinner. We visit the cemetery and then, I watch some movies that are a must for me.

Not all of these are Christmas movies, but they are movies that I watch in December.

ALSO there's this animated television Christmas special From All of Us to All of You that I watch every year on Christmas Eve. It's part of the routine too.

Suosittelisin katsomaan Tokyo Godfathersin, joka luultavasti tulee myös tänä jouluna, jonkinlainen jouluperinne siitä muodostunut itselle parina, kolmena viime jouluna

This gets my vote automatically because I haven't thought about The Snowman in years! Awesome.
