Dr. Crell Moset was the foremost Cardassian exobiologist, who was presented an award for developing a cure for a virus epidemic that saved thousand of Bajoran lives. When Voyager became lost in the Delta Quadrant she remained undiscovered & attempted to transfer starfleet technology to the Kazon.
