Some truly hideous creatures on here. Some were 'average' looking before and I can kind of see why they got plastic surgery, although sometimes it ends up worse. However, people like Tara Reid is tragic. Face and boobjob aside, her stomach really was unnecessary.

I don't think Liv Tyler had surgery. That's her actual lip. She's Steven Tyler's (of Aerosmith) daughter so that explains the lip.

Besides, you can see on both the before and after pics, her lips look pretty much the same in size and shape. The only difference is just the lip color (and of course, the hair).

Jike, yes many of them made their lips look ugly overly huge and trout like in appearance,just like Angelina Jolie's ugly huge trout shaped lips,and now they have ugly lips too.
