British brilliance
When I heard that the BBC was allowing Dr Who to be revived, I was thrilled. I'd enjoyed the show before, and had truly loved the last doctor on the show. But this new version so outdid the original, while still managing to keep some of the feeling of the original. I'm blown away. All I can do is hope that what's coming in the next few years doesn't throw it off track.

Found this one on my local PBS station, and I just fell in love with the story. It's not your typical story, either. Boy meets girl. Boy goes to war. Girl never writes (or so he thinks). Fourty years later, man meets woman's daughter. They remeet, and fall in love all over again. And it's Judy Dench. How can you go wrong?
Elfflame's rating:
I knew I'd have to watch this as soon as they said Jack would be the lead character. How can I not want to watch him every single week? And X-Files crossed with Buffy crossed with Dr Who? Even better. Definitely one of my all-time favorite shows at the moment.

nice list; you should also check "Black Mirror", "Dead Set", "Fresh Meat" and, of course, "A Bit Of Fry and Laurie"!
