X-66 Mammoth Tank

GDI's super-heavy tank of the First Tiberium War is one of the franchises most iconic units. The beast was powered by on-board atomic generators and had a limited self-repair ability. Although retired after the first way, Mammoth tanks were salvaged by many members of the Forgotten from abandoned GDI bases.

Mammoth 27

Armour: Heavy, Adaptive Armour

The third incarnation of the Mammoth Tank is the most powerful yet. Each of the four-tracks has its own power generator and its armour is unparalleled in the field. The beast is so large it can simply roll over smaller enemy tanks, though it has lost the ability to self-repair in the field.

MARV

Armament: Three Sonic Cannons & Space for Four infantry units.

GDI's ultra-heavy tank doubles as a Tiberium gathering and processing plant. Aimed at reclaiming land in the Red Zones, the MARV is equipped with powerful sonic turrets which inflict damage on multiple targets. Four troops can be garrisoned on top of the treads, providing extra fire-power.

Mammoth

The Mammoth tank was Soviet Russia's first demonstration of superior armour. First deployed in the Second World War against Allied Forces, the tank was unmatched in terms of fire-power or armour by any opposite unit. The Soviet Mammoth also had self-repair capabilities.

Apocalypse Tank

The Apocalypse tank is the natural successor to the Mammoth and maintains its unparalleled armour and fire-power benefits. Sixteen-layers of protective armour help to nullify its perceived weakness against air and anti-tank infantry. The anti-air missiles were removed after World War II in favour of magnetic harpoons.

Overlord Tank

The Overlord Tank stands at ten metres in length and weights 160 tonnes. Speed and manoeuvrability are major weaknesses. Although it does not feature anti-air weaponry brand new, it can be upgraded with a Gatling gun or infantry bunker to provide additional fire-power.

Boasting at least 11 ready firing ports, the Baneblade is a tremendously powerful tank. Most Baneblade's are constructed on Mars, where they are individually named and numbered as a sign of reverence. The Baneblade is so powerful, it is regarded as a superweapon and only one may be deployed at any one time. The fate of each tank is recorded and involvement in the production process is considered an honour.

The Goliath tank saw action for two-whole decades as a main offensive battle tank before appearing in the Unreal Tournaments. The primary cannon delivers a huge depleted uranium shell at a velocity of over one mile per second.
