1. 11. 22. 63 by Stephen King
What if were possible to go back in time? If by changing one event you could change your past and the future of the world. If you love time travel as it pertains to the complexities of changing history, you cannot pass up this book. It is not pure Stephen King horror but it is IMO one of his best page turners with unexpected curves. I would recommend it as a terrific read.

2. The Stand (Modern Classics) - Stephen King
The battle between good and evil has and will go on forever but no one does evil like Stephen King. I first read this book in my early teens and I was scared shirtless (: by his representation of evil and had many a nightmare influenced night.
Remember this was in the time when detonations of life eliminating A and H bombs seemed like a very strong possibility. Kooks were building underground shelters, like who would want to live when everyone else was dead?
A great read if you like Stephen King. You won't be able to put it down although you will want to.

Nice picks! I've read almost all of these myself. The Stand is my favorite King offering, too. =)

Like your picks, wish I had time to read since I used to love having my mind captured by a good story.
