Expatriate who loves gold and kills everyone who comes on his way. Got a bad temper and lose it very easily. Big man with big plans. No, Mr. Bond. I expect you to die.  E-Mies's rating:

Ruthless Neapolitan black marketeer and fence who moved to riskier and more profitable ventures on the international crime scene Largo eventually became the second-in-command of the terrorist organization SPECTRE. 7.3 Ernst Stravo Blofeld
Megalomaniac leader of SPECTRE and Bond's archenemy. Got big scar on his right eye and got also a pet, white cat. Speaks meticulously and dress precisly. "Yes. Give him his cigarettes. It won't be the nicotine that kills you, Mr. Bond."  E-Mies's rating:
 
6.7 Dr. Kananga
Drug smuggler and wants to dominate whole world. Got other identity and Kananga is underworld-leader. Kananga is little bit superstitious and uses soothsayer called Solitaire. "Names is for tombstones, baby!  E-Mies's rating:
7.1 Francisco Scaramanga
The man with the golden gun. Scaramanga is a high-priced assassin, supposedly the best in the world, charging one million dollars per kill. He's best known for being "The man with the golden gun", because he only uses bullets made of gold. All of Scaramanga's dealings go through his henchman Nick Nack, which allows Scaramanga to be anonymous. "I always thought I loved animals. Then I discovered that I enjoyed killing people even more."  E-Mies's rating:
7.8 Karl Stromberg
The webbed-fingered Karl Stromberg is a successful self-employed businessman as head of his own shipping firm. Stromberg's obsession and passion is the ocean where he lives in his palace, named Atlantis, that could submerge itself underwater so as not to be seen or detected. "For me, this is all the world. There is beauty... there is ugliness... and there is death."  
6.3 Sir Hugo Drax
A billionaire living in California in a château that was imported from France. Ruthlessness as portrayed in the film is given by the manner in which he disposes of enemies. "Allow me to introduce you to the airlock chamber. Observe, Mr Bond, your route from this world to the next. "  E-Mies's rating:
 
5.6 Aristotle Kristatos
Soviet agent and a heroin smuggler.Generally regarded as a hero for his bravery in World War II and the Greek Civil War, which the British government awarded him the King's Medal. Kristatos was actually a double agent during both conflicts. "We don't want any blood in the water..."  E-Mies's rating:
 
6.8 Kamal Khan
Khan is a suave exiled Afghan prince living in India in the Monsoon Palace. He has a penchant for fine food and liquor, priceless jewels, "hunting" humans, and atomic weaponry. He's attempts are unleash a nuclear holocaust in Western Europe by planning to detonate a nuclear bomb inside a US airbase. ""Englishman. 7.8 Max Zorin
A microchip industrialist planning to destroy the Silicon Valley in an earthquake and gain a monopoly in the market. Zorin forms a plan to destroy his only competition in Silicon Valley by triggering a massive earthquake in the San Andreas Fault at high tide, causing the valley to flood. 4.9 Brad Whitaker
An American arms dealer and self-styled general who smuggles advanced weapons to Koskov in exchange for opium. Brad Whitaker is an international black market arms dealer from the U.S. He is fascinated by war, but his actual military career is a failure, so he turns to arms dealing to organize his own personal military force. 5.6 Franz Sanchez
Sanchez is a South American drug lord of mixed parentage. He specialises in cocaine.He has an elaborate infrastructure for transporting his drugs - initially using submarines and later finding a process for dissolving cocaine in gasoline for covert transport. "When it gets up to your ankles, you're going to beg to tell me everything. When it gets up to your knees, you'll kiss my ass to kill you."  E-Mies's rating:
6.9 Alec Trevelyan
Initially another double-0 Agent and Bond's friend, he fakes his death at Arkangel and then establishes the Janus crime syndicate in the following nine years. "Why can't you just be a good boy and die?"  E-Mies's rating:

A media mogul who is completely insane and possibly even psychopathic, with scant regard for any of the lives destroyed or simply taken as a result of his media ambition. "The distance between insanity and genius is measured only by success."  E-Mies's rating:

A Soviet terrorist, Elektra's kidnapper and her father's killer.Renard is living with an indeterminate life expectancy, as the bullet could reach his cerebral cortex at any time and kill him. "You can't kill me. I'm already dead."  E-Mies's rating:
5.9 Gustav Graves
British entrepreneur, though North Korean by birth, who changes his appearance with the assistance of gene therapy technology and creates a satellite that uses diamonds to bring sunshine to the world at night. His real aim, however, is to assist North Korea's conquest of South Korea by destroying a mine field between the two countries and taking out nuclear warheads fired by North Korea's enemies. Greene is part of the same organisation that Le Chiffre and Mr. White work for, and also runs a shell corporation called Greene Planet. Greene is tasked by the organisation with securing a piece of land in Latin America that is rich in natural resources. "Please don't talk to me like I'm stupid... It's unattractive." This list includes all the Bond's archenemies in every Bond-film. I made a little info, popular quote and a small picture of every person. Hope you like it.

But you have the wrong guy in your list:

Also, if you follow chronological order (and you do), you are missing 6th and 7th bond villains: http://www.listal.com/person/telly-savalas was Bad guy in 'On Her Majesty's Secret Service', and http://www.listal.com/person/charles-gray was the baddie in 'Diamonds Are Forever'
You're also missing bad guy from the 'unnoficial' James Bond film, 'Never Say Never Again', but its at your discretion whether to add it or not. cheers!
