Best show of all time. Excellent pacing, action, character development, story lines, acting, directing. The thing I loved most about it was the serialized story-telling and finding out pieces of the mysteries of the island a little bit at a time while developing the back stories and relationships of all the fun characters.
Just a great show. Even though the last couple of seasons weren't that good compared to the earlier seasons (seasons 1,2 and 4 were the best) the worst seasons of dexter are still better than almost everything else on TV. Believe the hype. Check out Dexter.
The funniest show on TV right now and probably the most well written comedy I've ever seen. A high percentage of the jokes on this show are very witty. all the characters are great and the girls are hot. especially alison brie. mmm alison brie.
The Ren & Stimpy Show (1991)
best show of all the classic 90's nick toons.
the best thing Matt Groening ever did. Better than the simpsons in every way. it's funnier, smarter, darker and it has sci-fi elements in most of the episodes. classic.
the best show comedy central has come out with in awhile. very funny. the show is written and performed in a way that almost feels like improv.
Home Movies (1999)
a highly underrated cartoon. very funny. the first season was almost entirely improv-ed. the scripts were basically outlines. the voice actors are all very talented. especially john benjamin.
basically this is as close to a japanese version of jackass as you can get. and in many ways it's funnier than jackass. every voice on this show is dubbed over the original japanese version. and they're not translating what the people are saying. the dubbed voices are making crude sexual jokes. all the time. it's hilarious.
Breaking Bad (2008)
just a great show with great acting and an intriguing premise. believe the hype. check it out from the first season on.
one of the best sci-fi shows of all time made by the super talented j.j. abrams. obviously Lost is better but this is still a great show.
it sucks that this show was canceled after one season. but if you like it there's also a movie based on the show called 'Serenity'.
Batman: The Animated Series (1992)
the best comic book related show of all time. it also has some of the best actors in any batman related media. kevin conroy as batman and mark hamill as the joker are both perfect.
Batman Beyond (1999)
highly entertaining batman 'what if' scenario. basically bruce wayne is the 'alfred' type character in this. and there's a new young batman. it takes place in the future, and batman has lots of neat new gadgets and villains.
Family Guy (1999)
one of the funniest animated shows of all time. it's very hip right now to say the show isn't funny anymore but that's simply not true. the show is still funnier than 99 percent of the other cartoons out there.
Chappelle's Show (2003)
it's a shame this show only ran for two seasons. very funny sketch comedy.
a funnier, dirtier and darker version of america's funniest home videos. with lots of gay jokes.
The Twilight Zone (1959)
one of the best sci-fi shows of all time. it's in black and white but in this case that actually adds to the viewing pleasure and helps some of the cheesy special effects look better. My favorite part of every episode was Rod serling doing the intro and outro.
Mummies Alive! (1997)
highly underrated cartoon about mummies with super powers protecting a kid in modern times. it only ran for one season but has thirty or forty something episodes. if it ever comes out with it's entire first season on DVD I would buy it in a heart beat.
Street Sharks (1994)
another underrated cartoon that got canceled way too early.
I've only seen the first few episodes but if the show can keep this up it will easily remain one of my favorite shows of all time. J.J. abrams does it again.
Saturday Night Live (1975)
the best sketch comedy show of all time. obviously it was much better in the 80's and 90's.
Rocko's Modern Life (1993)
the second best nick toon of the 90's.
Celebrity Deathmatch (1998)
probably the best show MTV ever made. it's either this or beavis and butthead. claymation!
Star Trek (1966)
the most beloved sci-fi of all time for most people. for me it ranks numer 5 after lost, fringe, firefly and futurama.
Aaahh!!! Real Monsters (1994)
the third best nick toon of the 90's.
Ed, Edd, 'n' Eddy (1999)
the best show cartoon network ever made.
Aqua Teen Hunger Force (2000)
one of the funniest, and most random shows that Adult Swim has ever done.
just a funny classic show. I miss the Bob Saget version. this new guy is painfully unfunny.
Beavis and Butt-Head (1993)
this show is hilarious. it just came back on the air in 2011 and it's actually funnier now than it was in the 90's.
Aeon Flux (1991)
a great action oriented show with interesting animation choices.
a funny and dark show with lots of blood and dismemberments.
Space Ghost Coast to Coast (1994)
a cartoon talk show. the first adult swim cartoon and still remains one of the best.
Johnny Bravo (1997)
johnny bravo is completely sexist and is constantly hitting on hot women and getting rejected. he's also obsessed with his hair, muscles and karate. this show was way ahead of its time and many of the jokes on it have adult humor.
Dragon Ball Z (1996)
I grew up watching this show every morning at like 6 AM while I was eating breakfast before going to elementary and middle school. lots of cheesy jokes, lines and characters.
A list of my favoritee TV shows of all time in order.
