A little bit better than the second one.

The action is the only good thing about it, since the rest is pretty much the annoying & stereotypical crap from the second one, without Skids n' Mudflap and the robot balls of course. The action is really good though, but the human characters are just really annoying distractions that takes up two-thirds of the movie. oh, and Megatron & StarScream was treated really poorly in this one.

Watch the first instead.
