Arnold is not a good actor by any means, and Sly tends to play the same character in every movie, just like Van Damme, who is not much of an actor either. Morgan Freeman is also overrated. I like him, but the reason he's always the 3rd guy in movies and never the main character.
I would take Humphrey Bogart, Jimmy Stewart, Cary Grant, James Cagney, and even John Wayne before those guys. Some of these are great but the rest are laughable.
i'll give you a pass, because you must be young, and aren't familiar with the all time greats. you should see movies w/ spencer tracy, gregory peck, henry fonda, paul newman, sidny poitier, marlon brando, charles laughton, and burt lancaster, and you will get a good idea what great acting is. more recent guys i would include are daniel day lewis, kevin spacey, dustin hoffman, and gene hackman..
You should include Dustin Hoffman, Henry Fonda, Cary Grant and Kirk Douglas too. Some of the actors on your list could be dropped out as well, but I can respect if you like them.
Still, great list and gets a vote for including my favorite of all time, the great Jack Nicholson.
