great list I think, though I think Barbossa just normally, wasn't that bad looking; but that just might be the fact that I love Pirates

You're right, Maleficent doesn't look bad but she does have green skin! And Princess Aurora is more of a 'typical beauty' than her. But I'm glad you all like my list :)

Anton Chigurh is NOT ugly. Well, obviously he looks really weird in the picture you chose (I think he just got shot at this part, yes?) but come on, this is Javier Bardem we're talking about!

aww Javier's not ugly XP. I kinda like what Voldy's got going on lol what with his need for a manicure, long robes and lack of a nose :P

I'm surprised you don't have Hexxus from Fern Gully or the Joker from the Dark Knight.

Some of these guys you got are scary looking, not ugly. Huge Difference. Also across the board, I think there are more good looking bad guys than ugly ones.

Look I just wanted to make a point and show that in a lot of movies, the bad guys are not the most beautiful persons. Obviously they're not all ugly with a big U, but I wanted to show that they're usually not the most attractive people and that it's not always the case in real life so moviemakers should think about that and stop casting people based on their level of beauty or non beauty.

Your explanation is confusing but your later comment seems clearer. My point, possibly yours too: surely we should be taught at a young age that ugliness has nothing to do with personality. I've met many "beautiful" looking people who have the most dreadful personalities (vanity, arrogance, self-entitlement, cruelty) because they've been treated better than they deserve all their lives based purely on how they look! The idea wouldn't sit well with Hollywood - because it makes money selling "pretty" faces - but it would make the world a better place.
