Distilled spirit made from sugarcane juice.
Rakija- Albania, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, and Montenegro.
Brandy from fermented fruit.

my 3 fav will always be those 3 in preference order
1- Smirnoff Vodka (Russia)
2- El Toro Tequila (Mexico)
3-Jack Daniels Whiskey (U.S.A.)

Ouzo - Greece
Schnapps - german speaking countries (Austria, Germany, Swiss) SAME goes to Jägermeister (yes, it's NOT only used in Germany)
Sherry - Spain
Raki - Turkish
Gin (and tonic) - England
Irish Whiskey -North Ireland
Single Malt Whiskey - Scotland
American whiskey, rye whiskey, moonshine, Bourbon - US

ps: Swiss makes also Absinthe (like Kübler)
