I wanted to name this list something like "Ultimate 'Suit Up' list", but it doesn't feature all handsome men that are there. YET. So, it needs improvements. Feel free to suggest your favorite actors, singers, models and sportsmen all dressed up nice-n-neat.
My only advice is to avoid red carpet photos.
These are arranged in an alphabetical order.
