Armageddon - That Dog at the beginning manages to survive the mini comet hitting it.

Pirates 2 - It wasn't instant death but the Prison Dog being made King/God to those cannibalistic natives only to 'escape' to live until Pirates 3.

I'll keep thinking though!

Oh! and Daylight! The dog gets seperated from its owner underwater but shows up just in time to ruin Sly's return to civilisation.
