These are games that have been ported to the GameBoy Advance after being originally released on a different console. This includes games that were originally Japan exclusives (on another console like the NES or SNES) and were later released worldwide on the GBA.
Your missing Breath of Fire and Breath of Fire II. The Breath of Fire II port is really nice since the money and experience obtained after battles has been tripled compared to the SNES original - making for much less grinding.
F-14 Tomcat, a remake of Turn and Burn: No-Fly Zone for the SNES, is another one. There are added levels and a multi-player mode. The later GBA releases Super Hornet: F/A 18F and F24 Stealth Fighter were built upon the engine of F-14 Tomcat. All great games. Sadly, no other developers ever did a first-person flight sim game from the GBA era-on.
Operation: Armored Liberty is a remake of Garry Kitchen's Super Battletank: War in the Gulf, in that it changes the story from being about the Gulf War to being about the war in Iraq (and it probably adds some extra levels as well). I recommend people avoid this one.
